Where did they go?!
We all know that most people look weird, and sometimes downright terrifying, without eyebrows, so we have to ask why Marie Claire failed to pencil in December cover girl Jessica Chastain's brows before going to print.
They could've at least Photoshopped them in!
But it's not the worst thing we've ever seen. Jessica still looks beautiful with her wind-blown tresses and mega-watt smile.
And we love all of her outfits!
On the cover, Jessica sports a strapless mesh Dior top with a dramatic middle slit, pairing it with crisp black slacks.
Inside, the Zero Dark Thirty actress vamps it up in heart-stopping haute couture creations by the likes of Elie Saab, Gaultier Paris, Armani Privé, Givenchy, Valentino, and Maison Martin Margiela, which she hand-picked off the Marie Claire racks!
Clearly, she wasn't anointed a Vanity Fair style icon by mistake.
Jessica arrived to the shoot in Brooklyn dressed in a black Armani sweater, faded gray rag & bone skinnies, and an Alexander McQueen tote, proving that she's got style off-camera too.
