The Nashville actress walked the red carpet in where else? Nashville, Tennessee wearing a one shoulder Roberto Cavalli gown with seksi cutouts and a thigh-high slit.
Clashing red Giuseppe Zanotti heels and turquoise Sutra jewels completed Hayden's Nashville night out ensemble.
Overall, the look was great, just not a shoe-in.
