One Million Moms is determined to get a lump of coal, if not the whole damn mine, in their stocking this Christmas.
The anti-gay Christian group is up to their usual tricks again and saying "bah humbug" to JCPenney's Christmas commercial starring their favorite spokeswoman ever, Ellen DeGeneres.
One Million Moms said in a statement:
"Since April, JC Penney's has not aired Ellen DeGeneres in one of their commercials until now. A new JCP ad features Ellen and three elves. JCP has made their choice to offend a huge majority of their customers again. Christians must now vote with their wallets. We have contacted JCPenney's several times in the past with our concerns, and they will not listen. They have decided to ignore our complaints so we will avoid them at all costs."
Alright, Ebenezer. Calm down.
Instead focusing your hateful energy on one commercial, which isn't even offensive, why not spread some Christmas cheer by doing something good? Or have you, a Christian group, forgotten the meaning of Christmas?
