Taylor Swift Rings In 2013 With Cosmo UK

British Cosmopolitan is celebrating the new year by recycling an old Taylor Swift cover.

Guess being original wasn't one of their resolutions.

Minus the white background, the UK's January issue is identical to the US' December issue, which features Taylor in a tight burgundy bandage mini skirt and silky lavender tank top, both by Kelly Wearstler.

Of course, we're 99.9% sure Swifty scrambled out of this ensemble and hopped right back into an full-skirted boatneck dress and peep-toe heels after the shoot wrapped.

She wouldn't be the Taylor we know and love if she didn't! Ha!

Dolce & Gabbana Found GUILTY Of Tax Evasion! Sentenced To 20 Months In Prison!

There's no escaping the long arm of the law!

Years of court battles have ultimately culminated in a guilty verdict for designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for tax evasion.

Judge Antonella Brambilla sentenced the designers to 20 months in prison (which is like a decade in fashion years!) following a three-hour jury meeting in a Milan court on Wednesday.

Of course, the designers and their legal team are expected to appeal since they've always maintained their innocence.

But even if they do end up getting thrown behind bars, will it really be so bad? Martha Stewart did her time and even got a very special poncho made for her by an inmate!

Maybe Domenico and Stefano will be allowed to take their sewing kits with them and make lace-trimmed shirts for their fellow inmates!

And who knows, they just might come out of the ordeal having experienced a thousand life-changing epiphanies and release a prison-inspired collection that will revolutionize the fashion industry!

Anything is possible!
