A vast improvement!

Jessica Alba ditched her rainbow outfit and those purple socks for a much cooler ensemble as she hit up Target in El Lay on Thursday.

The actress looked like a total rockstar in a heavily studded leather jacket, black ankle boots, star-print Current/Elliot skinnies, and a black scarf wrapped around her neck.

Awesome, Jess!

She also added a spot of color with her lime green leather tote.

We never look this good when we go to Target, that's for sure!

Vice Magazine Attempts To Turn Famous Suicides Into A Glamorous Fashion Spread

There's a VERY fine line between art and a totally tasteless portrayal of suicide, and Vice magazine definitely straddled it with a fashion spread called "Last Words" in the their Women in Fiction issue.

The spread features models reenacting the suicides of famous writers, including Virginia Woolf, Dorothy Parker (who attempted suicide several times but ultimately died of a heart attack at 73), Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Sylvia Plath, Taiwanese author Sanmao, historian Iris Chang, and poet Elise Cowen.
