We know Elle Fanning has a red carpet style to rival some of the biggest names in the biz, but we love it when she reminds us that underneath all that glitz she's still just a teen.
The 14-year-old was spotted heading out of a doctor's office in El Lay on Wednesday dressed down in a varsity jacket worn over a floral dress and white Converse sneakers.
With her long blonde hair loose over her shoulders, Elle looked happy and healthy as she smiled for the paps!
