That's right, volunteer as in "free!"
Not cool. Especially since many salaried employees already work longer than 40 hours a week without getting paid more.

The 38 year old supermodel is the epitome of cool in the fashion house's S/S 2013 campaign, which features close friends of creative director Riccardo Tisci, including artists Marina Abramovic and Jared Buckhiester, torero Jose Maria Manzanares, and models Francisco Peralta and Mariacarla Boscono, who is pictured with her baby.
Tisci had this to say about the inspiration for the ads:
"It’s about family — something that is difficult to find in today’s world. It’s about real people, only taking the best of their personalities, with no effort."
And with friends like Kate, you don't have to put in much effort to make your ads look good. Ha!
