Wearing a conspicuous white dress, Kim Kardashian recently uploaded a video of her with Mugler designer Nicola Formichetti and his two Pomeranians, but refused to say what they were doing together!
Since Kim doesn't exactly seem like the pregnant bride type (that, and she's still legally married to Kris Humphries), we're willing to bet it was for some sort of magazine or Mugler campaign shoot.
Only time will tell!
