Julianne Hough made a dazzling arrival at the People’s Choice Awards tonight.
The dancer/singer/actress twinkled brighter than all the stars in the sky in a sequin and pearl encrusted Tony Ward Couture dress and metallic Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
It was a fun, flirty look that totally worked with the theme of the event.
