Sixers co-owner Michael Rubin personally picked up the rapper from the slammer just before 7 p.m. and drove him to the arena, where he was the team's VIP guest.
Rubin had visited Meek while he was incarcerated over the past few months for violating his probation. As we reported, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered to release the 30-year-old from prison on Tuesday, overruling Judge Genece Brinkley's widely-criticized decision to keep him behind bars.

Due to claims from Meek's team that Judge Brinkley had been unfair to the rapper during the trial, the justices added that she "may opt to remove herself from presiding over this matter." But Judge Brinkley insists on seeing this to the bitter end.
Her lawyer, A. Charles Peruto, Jr., told TMZ that the judge will not remove herself from Meek's drugs and weapons case, and doesn't feel the Supreme Court
