The former CEO of Ed Hardy, Hubert Guez, is being sued for sexual assault by a masseuse, claiming that he tried to force himself on her during a massage session in May of last year.
If the name sounds familiar, it's because he owned the Holmby Hills home Michael Jackson was renting when he died.
The suit, which was filed in L.A. County Superior Court by the masseuse's attorney Keith Davidson, contains allegations that Guez suggested "Magdelda" perform sex acts with his wife while [Guez] watched," and that he also grabbed her breasts and buttocks.
Magdelda is suing Guez for unspecified damages and citing both physical and mental injuries.
But don't worry guidos and frat boys! Since he is no longer associated with the brand, you can rest easy knowing that your beloved embellished tees are still in full supply.
