Kelly Rowland was reveling in her post-Super Bowl glow at the Grammys on Sunday in El Lay.

Shunning any wardrobe bans, the singer showed off the goods in a sheer and black Georges Chakra gown that showed off some major puffy skin and underboobage.

So hawt!

    Why was the Grammy rules a big deal? This outfit really just looks trashy not sexy. She could look awesome if those were not cutouts but instead a solid color or an offtone grey. That would be sexy.
