It's all in the make-up. Though she's had a substantial amount of work done on her face, she hasn't really had any done recently. Look at these pictures side-by-side with the cover of her 2003 La Bella Mafia album… she doesn't look all that different.

ITS ALWAYS MAKEUP … KIM DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE SURGERY SINCE 2003 . I'VE SEEN HER IN PERSON SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE IS BEAUTIFUL. ALSO HER SKIN IN BROWN ….
