We finally have an answer to why Matthew McConaughey doesn’t wear clothes: he doesn’t like any of them.
Until now, that is.
Next month the actor will launch, JKL, a line of active-inspired sportswear. Named after his Just Keep Livin Foundation, the collection includes "every-guy gear" like 100% cotton tees, polos, jeans, swimwear, pullovers and even reversible windbreakers.
Prices range from $29.50 to $100 and will be exclusively available at 150 different Dillard’s stores, since he went to college with William Dillard 3rd; before being offered to other retailers in fall.
And as if a line of Matteo-approved threads wasn't good enough, 10% of the profits will go toward his foundation.
However, Matthew will not be the face of the line, but more of a brand ambassador. McConaughey explained:
"I want to be behind this, not in front of it. I’m the author, not the face or the definition."
So long as we get the occasional pic of Matthew wearing some of his swimwear, we'll be OK.
