Knowing that Perez has raved about some of the things Rihanna and Gaga have wore it is hard to ever take what he says about fashion serious. Rihanna dresses like a hobo and Gaga is a hot mess so I don't think his opinion means a whole lot.

Drop the black florets on the bottom half, and another refitting, and you have a great dress, imho. The shoe accents are great.
