Donald Trump Backtracks On Macy's Lawsuit! Decides Not To Sue Over 'Dump Trump' Campaign

Lawsuit is off!
Donald Trump is backtracking on a threat against Angelo Carusone and his campaign to get Macy's to fire the real estate mogul as their celebrity spokesman.
Carusone started the 'Dump Trump' campaign because he was furious that Macy's kept him as a spokesperson and still sold his products despite Trump's "consequence-free bullying."
He did apparently receive a cease and desist letter from the big man himself, but Trump is now backtracking on the lawsuit, claiming:
Looks like a lawsuit against GoAngelo won’t work—my ties & shirts doing too well at Macy’s–he's actually helping. I have no damages!

My ties & shirts at Macy’s are doing great. Stupid @goangelo is making people aware of how good they are!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 20, 2013
Classy Trump then continued to tweet ridiculous things, saying:
Dummy @goangelo who had 11 people show up for 15 min. at his “massive” rally at Macy’s is trying to get publicity for self by using me

And Carusone's response?
Trump admits defeat. But alas, this is *still* about @macys. Onward MT @realdonaldtrump: Looks like a lawsuit against GoAngelo won’t work…
— Angelo Carusone (@GoAngelo) February 20, 2013
Is he surprised at all, though, that the Donald made it about him?? Looks like he'll have to find another bone to pick for now.
