Manolo Blahnik Slams Amanda Seyfried & Anne Hathaway! Says They Aren't Memorable!
What is it with old designers and their lack of filter?
Like Karl Lagerfeld, Manolo Blahnik is flapping his gums about some of Hollywood's leading ladies.
The shoe designer was asked which celebs have made an impression on him, and shockingly he is not a fan of Amanda Seyfried and Anne Hathaway!
After staying in bed one weekend to watch movies, Blahnik came to the conclusion that neither of the Les Mis actresses are memorable.
Someone get this man ginkgo biloba! LOLz!
The 70 year old explained:
"I saw these girls like Sherilyn Fenn and Lara Flynn Boyle that should be working now instead of these anonymous girls. They're all the same. I don't even know Amanda Seyfried or whatever — they're all the same! I try to remember—the only one I remember is Julia Roberts because she's particular. Anne Hathaway . . . Pretty? Yes. Wonderful actress? Yes. But, I mean, I don't even remember her. What is it about her?"
He quickly added about Annie: "I'm not saying she's not beautiful or a great actress. I just don't remember her."
We think it's safe to say Manolo's lost two clients.
