Weird, I think she (kim) looks beautiful! I think she looks pregnant, so yes a little fuller, but she looks healthy and happy and glowing and sexy! Nothing about what Heidi is wearing looks good. They aren't super saggy boobs, but those aren't perky cute boobs that those dresses are meant to show off.
