Britney Spears thought her Michael Cinco Couture gown was Versace

She may be Brunetteney, but she's still a blonde at heart!

Britney Spears was so distracted by how blazing HOT she looked at Elton John's Oscar viewing party on Sunday that she thought her sparkling black Michael Cinco Couture gown was actually a Versace design!

Honest mistake! Obviously, she mistook that deep V-neckline for the brand's logo. LOLz!

While watching Emeli Sandé perform, Brit reportedly said, "It's Versace" when guests inquired about her dress.

Her publicist ultimately clarified that the gown was actually by the Filipino fashion designer and not the blonde goddess that is Donatella.

Whether it was the dye job or her new man, something's def got the singer a bit flummoxed. Ha!
