Stylists just ADORE putting Diane Kruger in 50s garb, don't they?
She sure has the bone structure for it!
The actress once again takes on the role of the polished mid-century housewife on the cover of Flare mag's April issue in a floral Bottega Veneta dress, Louboutin pumps, Chanel handbag, and a bow Louis Vuitton headband nestled in her curled locks.
For the spread, she poses with her gray pussycat Hobbes, which is clearly the cool thing to do now, and models some decidedly more modern ensembles, including a white pencil skirt with scalloped black crop top.
And though we love the pics, we were especially intrigued by what the blonde had to say about her relationship with Karl Lagerfeld. She told the mag:
"He’s very kind and can be very funny and ironic and silly. In difficult moments in my life when I don’t really know who to talk to, I sort of drop by his studio and he knows me well enough to pick up on weird things. He really is one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met."
Well, his foot-in-mouth syndrome certainly keeps us entertained! But we'd LOVE to hear his words of wisdom as well.
She's a lucky girl, that Diane!
