We thought this saga was over!
Brandi Cochran, a former model for the Price Is Right, won a lawsuit back in November because she was fired for being pregnant.
However, Judge Kevin Brazile has overturned the ruling because the state Supreme Court found that he didn't properly instruct the jury.
He should have told the 12 jurors they were deciding if "pregnancy discrimination was a substantial factor in the producers' decision to keep Cochran from rejoining the cast after her child was born."
This doesn’t seem to be a big deal to Cochran’s attorney Carney Shegerian though, who is actually excited. He said they could get triple or quadruple the $8.5 million she got the first time.
Easy there Greedy McGee!
How about you just focus on winning your client's case when the re-trial takes place later this year.
