Karl Lagerfeld Gives His Uncensored Thoughts On Gay Marriage & Kim Kardashian

| Filed under: Karl LagerfeldKim KardashianChanel

Karl Lagerfeld talks about gay marriage and Kim Kardashian.

Karl Lagerfeld needs his own reality TV show!!!

Has nobody really considered this before? It would be television GOLD!

Unkle Karl always has something inneresting or controversial to say, thanks very much to the lack of filter in his brain.

In a recent interview, the Chanel designer gives us even more thoughts on the ever-present gay marriage issue AND he talks about dressing Kim Kardashian.

Well, sort of.

Regarding the legalization of gay marriage, he said:

"The gay marriage thing, they have that problem in France, too. To me, it's a fake problem. There will be gay couples; it will exist. It is not very nice that people who are married — who divorce in three seconds — don't want protection for the others. The legal system should protect everyone, not just the few people who think they are above everybody else because they are married."

And the 79-year-old was surprisingly candid about our beloved Kimmy, saying:

"It's very pretentious to say 'I don't want to see this on that person, etc.' Everybody is allowed to buy it, to enjoy it. I'm not there as a fashion judge, I'm there as a designer."

Hey, he has a point! And wouldn't it be kinda crazy yet cool if Karl and Kim started hanging out?

Their names both start with K — it's meant to be!

But, srsly, don't you wish there was a Karl Lagerfeld Quote Generator? LOLz!

"I'm not there as a fashion judge, I'm there as a designer." that coming from a man who judges everybody, and not just on fashion.
