Well, the dress has been found ... to be a fake!
The thief who took the gown says he took the dress from Lupita's room at The London after finding the door ajar.

She's known to many as just Kylie, and to others as the Australian woman who popularized The Locomotion. But no matter how you think of her, there’s no doubt she’s also played a huge role in fashion!
"It was lots of fun to look at my life in fashion through the years. There've been ups and downs and fabulous moments and not so fabulous moments, but basically the book was a celebration of 25 years. I had to include some moments that were less than stellar because we all make mistakes along the way. Some ideas that we thought were fantastic at that point in time were upon reflection, a big mistake. That's all part of my journey and actually it's what I like about fashion."
LOLz! We can think of entire decades that could be looked back on as giant fashion fails, so no arguments there! You live and you learn, right?
Kylie also talked about her stage costumes, and admitted that the most practical choices weren’t always her first choices:
"I was about to say, 'things you can move in…' wait a second, about half my costumes you can't move in. That's why showgirls have to have poise because you can't actually tip your head. A lot of stuff goes down in the quick change. It depends if the show is going well or not going well what type of vocabulary I choose."
We bet the backstage area was as intense as some of Kylie’s outfits!! And all in the name of fashion, ha!
But Kylie also admitted that she isn’t ALWAYS a fashion diva. She said that at home, she "can go to total frumpsville", adding:
"At home the stilettos come off. The comfy clothes go on. I'd love to maintain this illusion that I kind of elegantly waft around home or something but I need that balance in my life … to just be completely anti-fashion and just put whatever's closest on, and home is the place to do that."
We love the thought of Kylie hanging around the house in sweats like the rest of us! And we love how real and candid Kylie is when talking about her epic work.
However, we're not so sure Kylie ever looks like "total frumpsville" — we're sure that even in sweats she looks GREAT!
