We know they're twins, but could they be copycats???
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen transitioned quite nicely from child stars to fashion stars with the launch of their line, The Row, in 2006.
But even though they've had major success in the fashion world, that doesn't necessarily make them certified designers, at least according to celebrity stylist Lysa Cooper.
In an interview with Vogue Italia, Cooper gave MKO and Ashley the ultimate backhanded compliment, saying:
"The only [celebrity line] that's any good, and I hate to say it, are our girls, the twins. The Row. But the reason that works, is because they hired designers. They [the twins] 'yay' or 'nay' [the concepts]. And they are the best line at ripping off other lines that I've ever seen."
Wow, but let's be real. Did people seriously think the Olsens were actually sketching out patterns and sewing up mock-ups in the back room?
Pretty sure they weren’t fooling anyone!
And as far as "ripping off other lines", something Victoria Beckham was similarly accused of, hasn't every designer been accused of that at some point during their career?
Isn't that how you know you've made it? LOLz!
