Oprah Rocks A Massive 'Fro On O!

Oprah rocks a giant fro on the cover of O's September issue

Holy afro!

Oprah wants to talk about hair, but when she's wearing a wig the size of a small child, how could you not!?

As with every issue of O magazine, the talk show queen appears on the cover of her mag's September issue wearing an afro that would put Diana Ross' to shame!

Seriously, that thing is HUGE! We could only imagine how much it weighs! LOLz!

Massive 'fro aside, Oprah looks faboosh in her orange dress! And that smile? Dazzling!

Thoughts???

The wig weighs 3.5 pounds according to People Magazine. They have an article up on their site.

props to Oprah for totally making that work.. I don't think it would work anywhere other than a mag cover, but it worked.

The only thing that wig does is make her large size look smaller. It does not "work:" at all, it is just ridiculous.

All you have to do is scroll like 2 storeis up to Perez' link for Oprah on CBS for what she looks like now and compare it to this cover to see how much they photoshopped her!!!!

I remember when these were all the rage (maybe early to mid 70's?) and 5 years ago I saw one on a black in my hometown and just thought OK, but it does not seem to be widespread at least where I live.
