If you’re a multi-millionaire wanting to live in Gianni Versace's former Miami Beach mansion, you're out of luck!
The property where the late designer was murdered back in 1997 sold at auction this week for $41.5 million dollars to Joe Nakash, whose family owns the Jordache denim brand.
Donald Trump offered $41 million on the place, but failed to pony up the extra half million!
Either way, both bids were a bargain considering the home was originally priced at $125 MILLION just over a year ago!
Even though the Donald lost the bidding war, the estate seems perfect for the Nakash family since they own the neighboring Hotel Victor and plan to turn the luxurious property into another boutique hotel.
Maybe they can lease it out for the upcoming Lifetime movie!
That would be perf!
Check out pics of the luxurious abode (below)!
