We wonder if the company CEO also volunteered!
That's right, volunteer as in "free!"
Not cool. Especially since many salaried employees already work longer than 40 hours a week without getting paid more.

The two mega-models only recently launched their Diversity Coalition campaign to open a discussion about the lack of diversity on runways, and they’re already seeing results!
"I've seen a huge change this season already. Giorgio Armani used four models of color in his show, and a model of color opened his show, which is something that I haven't seen in a very long time. Jil Sander did; I'm naming names because this is a big improvement. We don't want this to be a trend; that designers begin using models of color just because we are raising our voices. We hope they will keep doing it and we're going to keep raising our voices until they do. It's a long-term plan."
We’re sensing the runway racism battle won’t be a hard one to win, especially if there's been a significant boost in diversity already.
It's a simple problem to fix!
