After the passing of legend Joan Rivers, many wondered if her show Fashion Police would be able to carry on in her absence.

Patrick Demarchelier was the genius behind the lens of the mag's October issue, which was shot in a limited palette that brings out ScarJo's delightfully delicate features.
The shoot focuses less on the leading lady's Vivienne Westwood dress, Dolce & Gabbana wares, Prada products, and Anna Sheffield jewelry and more on Scarlett's face, which happens to look extremely youthful and full of a deep, broody knowledge that only she can know.
