Nail art contracts! Alllll the celebs are getting them these days!!
Next in line? Gwen Stefani!
The No Doubt singer has officially hopped on board the fashion fingers bandwagon by teaming up with OPI for yet another take on tantalizing talons.
OPI said of the collection:
"Gwen uses beauty to accessorize her style. OPI wanted to create a collection as dramatic, diverse, and glamorous as its namesake."
The nail polish company wasn't solely inspired by Gwen's bad*ssness, though. This year's punk-themed Met Gala also played a part, and the new line aims to celebrate "the role of music as a major influence in fashion".
As far as colors go, the polishes are very Gwen, and features a gold Love.Angel.Music.Baby., satin black 4 in the Morning, bright pink Hey Baby, blackberry I Sing in Color, silver hollagraphic glitter In True Stefani Fashion, and a chrome Push and Shove, which is to be worn with the aptly-named base coat Lay Down That Base.
In addition to the seven colors (above), OPI has also created a signature Over & Over A-Gwen polish in red, which comes in a box set with studs and crystals.
You can get your
hands claws on the collection this coming January, but until then check out some of the first promo pics (above and below)!
