However, Hova isn’t ready to kill his holiday collection yet since it will only hurt the beneficiaries of his charity.
After the rapper released his own statement about the matter over the weekend, Barneys CEO Mark Lee responded to Jay and apologized for the trouble.
"Our collaboration is based on a shared mission of helping individuals facing socio-economic hardships to help further their education at institutions of higher learning. We regret that these recent events have distracted from the great work of the Shawn Carter Foundation, and we offer our apologies to Mr. Carter."
The store already apologized to customers, so it seems like there’s a lot of that going around!
Beyonce’s hubby has certainly had to deal with a lot of negativity from his fans due to Barneys’ alleged unfair practices, and they clearly recognize it and probably appreciate that he hasn’t withdrawn his support.
So far there's no word as to whether or not Jay has accepted their apology.
