And that's because the actress was caught on camera in the Vancouver area returning to her car where she had left her dog inside during a hot summer day.

The window of the Ford Escape was cracked while a German Shepherd puppy was seen panting inside.
One reporter took to Twitter to share the sad snap:
The journalist also used the social media site to tag local police and to also inform them that another witness was calling the case in, as well.
When the Flashdance actress returned to her SUV, a man decided to raise his concern for her pup, to which the 51-year-old was heard responding:
"In Dunbar it is, it's fine."
The man fired back by saying:
"It is, OK. Just so you know I am reporting this."
The same reporter who posted the pic of the dog in the car, also uploaded a screen grab of the confrontation, which she managed to record:
Marcie Moriarty, an officer with the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' Chief Prevention and Enforcement said the window wasn't rolled down nearly enough to provide a safe environment for the pooch. She also explained that Jennifer's justification doesn't make any sense, saying:
"The sun shines in Dunbar just as much as it shines everywhere else."
The actress has yet to comment on the controversy, but what do U think, Perezcious readers?
