David Beckham jetted off to Berlin, Germany on Thursday for the GQ Men of the Year Awards where he went home with the ‘Most Stylish Man’.
As in, the award.
And David proved his worthiness as he opted for a black suit with a crisp white shirt and pencil tie for the special occasion.
José Redondo-Vega, the editor-in-chief of GQ Germany, divulged of Becks' win:
"Like no other athlete, David Beckham represents style and fashion influence. With his trendsetting and sometimes daring appearances he has created a bridge between the world of design, models, and photographers, and the world of world-class sports, and brought glamour back to a male sport."
Just to prove it, David was recently chosen to be the face of Belstaff, a British heritage brand, for their new print campaign!
Though he may not be stripped down to his underwear (boo), he still looks gorge ruggedly laying down in the dirt surrounded by a gaggle of admirers (below).
Sigh. Isn't he just the best??
We bet wifey Victoria is so proud!!
