Exciting!!!

Kristen Stewart may hate fancy dresses and heels, but that somehow didn't stop her from taking on a gig as the new face of the Chanel Métiers d’Art Paris-Dallas collection!

She'll be replacing Tilda Swinton!

The actress was even an attendee at the presentation of the line in Dallas on Tuesday, looking pretty comfy in casual chic Chanel duds, including wide-leg peach leather pants, a light gray crop top, and a sweater tied around her waist.

The ads will be shot by Karl Lagerfeld, of course, and should be available for our viewing pleasure sometime next year!

We can't wait to see them! Congrats, KStew!

All I can see is her nipple coming at my face.

Where have all the K-fans gone? Should I complain that Perez had to write the same old on Kristen's pic or should I be glad he didn't write something worse? Happy for Kristen. Looking forward to the ads, commercials, and promos with the interesting Kristen.

    Is Chanel suicidal?

Chanel has already had to issue a lame apology for this offensive to Native Americans collection. Looks like the KStew Jinx is kicking in immediately. She's the queen of unpleasant incidents and lame apologies (married Rupert Sanders, anyone?).

I wonder if Karl will suffer the same fate as Nicholas G. did at Balenciaga. He got fired for hiring the unwashed, unsmiling pothead. I give Karl another 6 months before he's gone from Chanel.
