Jennifer Lawrence's 2011 Flare Cover Causes 2013 Controversy With Revealing Photoshop GIF!

| Filed under: Fashion SmashionPhotoshop AwardzJennifer LawrenceGucciGIFs

An old magazine cover of Jennifer Lawrence has been making rounds on the internet after the original, un-photoshopped pictures surfaced!

Holy Hunger Games, it’s like these 2011 photos of Jennifer Lawrence just won’t go away!!

The actress graced the cover of Flare magazine for their June issue over 2 years ago, and since then the photo has been both recycled for IO Donna mag in 2012, then resurrected in 2013 because of Flare’s blatant photoshop job.

Make it stop, LOLz!!

The latest re-awakening of the Gucci dress photo comes in GIF form, and brings attention to J.Law’s natural seksiness and the COMPLETELY unnecessary photoshop that her face and bod are subjected to for Flare’s final cover.

She looks absolutely STUNNING in the un-photoshopped original, and is made to look thinner and darker for no apparent reason!

And as gorgeous as Miz Lawrence is (heck, she even has a spot on Fitness Magazine's "2013 Best Bodies List"!), this isn’t the first time she’s been heavily re-worked, despite her stance against the unrealistic beauty standards Hollywood sets.

In fact, CLICK HERE to see her overly-photoshopped Dior campaign!

this girl does not need Photoshop. she is absolutely gorgeous and not even that she seems like she has a wicked personality. in my opinion she is the perfect catch ;)

I thought that she looked so homely in Hunger Games and Silver Linings, but she is stunningly gorgeous in American Hustle.

I don't find her attractive or interesting. Only by the very low standards of hollywood can she be considered intelligent or subversive. She's a normal 20-something which is fine. That's all she is. The flare cover is hideous, much worse than the original which I'm sure was already a massive distortion of what she looked like that day.

She looked better before the Barbie make over. Really, Flare. Agree on minimizing the frontal skirt creases, but the rest? Fake, fake, fake. No wonder young girls cut.

…Not that Flare is responsible for teen angst, but it's a bunch of roads that lead to that sort of thing. I picked up Flare at that age.

she isn't out of this world stunning like angelina jolie in her prime or the likes of adriana lima, idk if thats her young THG fans talking but she looks like any other middle america blonde hair blue eyed girl when you see her on the streets, i guess its cause ive seen better looking blondes than her and cause i think her eyes are too small which is the truth cause she looks her best when she does the smokey eye makeup at events cause it makes her eyes pop out more. call me once i start seeing gorgeous ethnic and mixed girls getting the franchise roles for once.

Re: mew – Sorry you're sick with jealously. Not much to cure it. You're doomed. :(

Controversy??? (LOL!)…what controversy??. The cover shoot is TWO YEARS OLD!. There is also very little in the way of PS here. Actually, it seems as if somebody is trying to make it a bigger deal than it actually is…as if this cover shoot just came out this week. Jennifer Lawrence fans have already seen this cover shoot…two years ago..

What excatly do you think will come from this ???…it shows howout of touch you, the PUBLICIST who ordered this GIF to be made (I mean, that's what this is about?…right?). There's no scandal, no controversy, just another lame ass attempt to create a scandal around Jennifer Lawrence. You people really don't understand the internet, TUMBLR or the fanbase for Jennifer Lawrence if you think this would be problematic (LOL!).
