Australia's Next Top Model Judge Found Dead In Her Home

| Filed under: TV NewsAustraliasticR.I.P.Sad Sad

Charlotte Dawson, a co-judge on Australia's Next Top Model, was found dead in her Sydney home.

This is more than sad.

Charlotte Dawson, a co-judge on Australia’s Next Top Model, was found dead in her home in Sydney on Saturday morning.

According to reports, she had committed suicide, and the police stated that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

Sadly, the 47-year-old model and TV personality had a long history of depression.

Just in 2012, Charlotte was hospitalized due to an attempt she made to take her life after being cyber bullied via Twitter.

She later became an anti-bullying ambassador.

One of Charlotte's close friends spoke out, saying:

"She was such a beautiful girl, she had so much energy and such a sense of humour but her battle with her mental illness just made it so difficult for her to really go in so many parts of her life."

Heartbreaking.

Charlotte was so young. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.

@Amy, you make $27h thats great going girl good for you! My story is that I quit working at shoprite to work online, seriously I couldn't be happier I work when I want and where I want. And with a little effort I easily bring in $35h and sometimes even as much as $85h…heres a good example of what i'm doing>>>> NOOBJOBS.COM

FYI, she was suffering from depression because she had an abortion…just throwing that out there. The media doesn't want to portray abortion in a negative light, but here it is…the cause of a would-be mother's suicide. So so sad.

Lovely girl but struggled with depression and the internet trolls that hated on her should be ashamed of themselves!! Think recent birthday and TV interview with ex husband pushed her over the edge. With such lovely family and friends I wished she had asked for help instead of telling people she was OK.

Sad that she championed anti-bullying and became a victim herself
