Step aside, modeling agencies that only want Amazonian gods and goddesses!
There's a more inclusive agency in town and it's coming for your success!
Anti-Agency was founded last year, and unlike most agencies that have super strict criteria for their models, they have no height or weight requirement!
Having recently garnered internet attention, their website states:
"Our models aren't just clothes horses; we focus on hand selecting London based girls and boys with personality, indiviual style and talent.
The agency is for people who could’ve been models and decided not to, for people who are too cool to be models and people with real lives on the verge of exploding in music, fashion, art, illustration & creative industries etc."
Dr. Martens, Versus, Uniqlo, ASOS, Urban Outfitters, Boots, Boots 17, Office, Liberty, TseSay, Gstar, Swarovski, Toni & Guy Liberty of London, Village Bicycle, PPQ, Fanny and Jessy, Maria Francesca Pepe, Asibelua, Ahilya, Little White Lies, Christy's, Supremebeing, Bitching and Junkfood
And magazines like:
i-D magazine, ES Magazine, Tank magazine, www.BecauseLondon.com, O; by Tank for The Observer, i-D online, Used, Vision, NYLON, Stylist, At Liberty, Supernasty, The Pop
Some of them have also done runway work!
Not bad, eh?!
More agencies should follow suit and expand their hiring criteria!
