Say hello to your new favorite summer outfit!

When we saw Emma Roberts' cute and sexy two-piece Catherine Malandrino look at the Maui Film Festival, we just knew that it was worthy of a Look for Le$$!

It's just that great — a hot and chic outfit that also gives off the perfect warm-weather vibes!

The original would run you no less than $500, but it's an easy outfit to recreate! And instead of finding an identical look, we thought it'd be better to give you a few different options that have a similar aesthetic!

Check 'em out …AFTER THE JUMP!!!

The focal point of this outfit is definitely the crochet skirt, while the bandeau top ought to stay relatively simple to let the skirt shine. Plus, the bandeau already reveals a lot of skin, which is enough of a statement on its own.

We started with a basic white tube top (above inset) from Aerie for only $12.95 (get it HERE)!

This bandeau can easily be paired with any one of these three skirts (below) for a sexy, breezy look ideal for a warm day at brunch or at a casual summer party, or even at a pool party when you don't necessarily want to strip down to a bikini.

lace skirts look for less

The first option is this ivory lace skirt from Lulus (available HERE) for only $34.00.

The second option is this beautiful Meet Me Halfway pencil skirt which features a sheer lower half (get it HERE) for $47.00.

And finally for fashionistas who want some color, we have this lovely aqua lace Nasty Gal skirt (available HERE) for $58.00.

But don't be afraid to put your own spin on the look. You don't have to wear a bandeau up top if that's too revealing for you, a crochet halter top, cropped tee, or even simple tank will work as well!

Have a fabby summer!

Uh…. both are ugly. She, herself, looks good, but it's her, not the outfit. The knock off is just downright cheap trash.

  2. 2

How much is her publicist paying you to post her every day in some outfit?

my friend's sister is losing 10 pounds every 2 weeks. She has been over weight but last month she started to take these new supplements and she has lost 40 pounds so far. take a look at the site here… www.1diets.com

Uhg. Perez, YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT FASHION. Please, just stop.

Even though I'm not a fan of this outfit, it's obvious that it's good quality and craftsmanship. It looks expensive. Do you really think a cheap little bandeau compares? And I know those bandeau, they are not good quality.

More infuriating though, is that you clearly do not understand womens fashion. There is a huge difference between a crop top and a bandeau, the latter of which is meant to go UNDER clothes. Yes, usually peaks are seen of it, as they are usually paired with a backless dress or shirt with a deep V, but no one wears bandeaus as shirts (especially not the little cheap looking ones that roll up or fall down easily, and provide no support.) Like that bandeau you suggest is so recognizable to girls as an undergarment, and though no one cares if bits of it poke out, it is not a shirt.

I can’t believe you would even put this on your website. Like congrats for finding a piece of clothing roughly the same shape and color as Emma’s, but the outfit your suggesting is not put together or finished looking like hers.

And the worst part is, if some celeb was wearing just a bandeau, you would totally make a story about them with the headline CELEBRITY STEPS OUT AND FORGETS SHIRT. Please never talk about fashion again. You do not understand it.
