Contouring clavicles is the latest beauty trend, and gleaming, sexy collarbones can be yours in just two easy steps!

The trend began with dancers and others who often found themselves on a stage because it allowed them to be better visible to the audience. And now the trend has found its way to actresses on the red carpet who want to look especially good in strapless dresses.

According to makeup artist Laura Schierhorn, contouring one's clavicles can make you appear "lifted," and it also gives your exposed shoulders and upper body a nice glow.

Schierhorn recommends starting out by prepping the entire clavicle area with a body BB cream, like Prtty Peaushun, and a moisturizing body lotion. This will even out your skin tone and "enhance your color."

Next, use a highlighter a shade lighter than your natural complexion and apply it directly on the bone. Schierhorn says:

"I’ll apply it literally right on top of the collarbone so that it's popping up a little bit and it gives a beautiful, really ethereal contrast. It just looks very regal and really pretty."

Perfect for summer when people traditionally wear less clothing!

Not new at all. People have been doing this for years. Professionally and not.

Looks more like anorexic boney looking. Why do women think that looks good? Men won't!
