This is the BREAST thing ever!! Ha!
Kate Moss has truly left a lasting impression with her perky bosom — an impression that was then turned into a mold to make champagne coupes!!
The iconic model recently collaborated with sculptor Jane McAdam Freud and restaurant 34 to create champagne glasses molded from her left breast, which unfortunately will not be available to purchase but WILL be available to sip out of at either 34 or one of 34's sister establishments in London (The Ivy, Daphne's, Scott's, and The Club at The Ivy).
This new glass, which features Kate's signature at the base, is described as an:
"…intricate abstract design reminiscent of Art Deco symmetry which, when held at an angle, shows a beautiful curvy shape."
If that sounds pretty wonky to you, let it be known that Marie Antoinette is credited for having the idea first! Supposedly the original Bol Sein was molded from the monarch's left breast.
Mossy is of course thrilled to join the ranks of the infamous Queen of France, and gushed about the project, saying:
”I was excited to participate in this project - what an honour to be alongside Marie Antoinette - she was a very intriguing and mischievous character… champagne is always associated with celebration and happy occasions and I had fun creating this beautiful coupe.”
Modest she is not! LOLz!
In fact, the 40-year-old model is SO ecstatic to share her booby beaker with the world that she's hosting the coupe's debut at 34 in early October. There's nothing quite like toasting Kate's breasts with a room full of vessels shaped like Kate's breasts, right??
And hopefully they'll eventually change their minds about not selling these masterpieces to the public, because we're pretty sure there's a market for this!!
