Another hit for Ivanka Trump!

As you may recall, last year, Aquazzura accused the businesswoman of copying the shoe design of their Wild Thing heel, which features a fringed top and tasseled ankle strap.

Now, California-based textile converter of fabrics, Unicolors Inc., is suing Donald Trump's daughter's fashion brand (Ivanka Trump Marks LLC), manufacturer Gill Leather Fashions, and umbrella retailer TJX for ripping off one of their coat designs.

In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Unicolors claims to own the rights to the "unique two-dimensional graphic design" in question — and that Ivanks & co. reproduced their sample with only small changes.

The suit reads:

"Defendant IVANKA TRUMP purchased, sold, marketed, advertised, manufactured, caused to be manufactured, imported and/or distributed fabric and/or garments comprised of fabric featuring a design which is identical, or substantially similar to, the Subject Design."

The company also alleges that being associated with the Trump name has cost them significant business:

"Trump's clothing is often prominently displayed in a manner that is very easily accessible to customers and attracts their attention by displaying the 'Ivanka Trump' name on signs and other advertisements near its clothing."

Unicolors is asking for the coat to be discontinued, and for all profits made from selling their design.

Eep!
