kendall kylie brand claps back at lawsuit

Kendall and Kylie Jenner might not have to cut THAT big of a check.

As we previously reported, Kris Jenner's daughters were slapped with a lawsuit after they tried to sell $125 vintage tees which superimposed their faces, social media stats, and "KK" logo over images of music icons. Smh.

Unsurprisingly, one photographer, named Michael Miller, has come after the Jenner girls as he's hit them with a copyright infringement lawsuit for using his original images of Tupac Shakur without his permission. While Miller is gunning for any profits made from the tees, the fashion label has since clapped back at these allegations by revealing that they only sold two shirts featuring Michael's photos before pulling the items from stores.

In a recent statement, the Kylie + Kendall brand noted:

"The allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless. There has been no infringement or violation of anyone's rights."

Apparently, the shirts with the late rapper's image on them were purchased from a company who had a valid license to sell them. Huh.

Caitlyn Jenner's daughters might walk away relatively unscathed in this feud!
