50 Cent is not going Straight to the Bank!
On Tuesday, the rapper testified at the Manhattan Supreme Court in NYC to discuss his financial status as he faces a $5 million lawsuit. Yikes!
Despite his numerous singles about his over-the-top lifestyle, the Disco Inferno performer shared that it was mainly manufactured for his image. Huh?!

ICYMI: G-Unit celebrity filed for bankruptcy earlier this month after several lawsuits in order to "reorganize" his financial affairs. Whomp, whomp.
The star, whose real name's Curtis Jackson, noted:
We had a hard time wrapping our heads around this — especially after the countless music videos, parties, cars, etc.
In fact, the entrepreneur doesn't own many of the cars at his disposal. What about the Bentley and Ferrari?
"Those cars were rented."
The illusion is shattered!
The superstar went onto reveal that most of his swag was borrowed to maintain his persona. In reality, Curtis only own "a few gold chains." Srsly?!
That might be because the Spy actor only received 10 cents per record for his music sales and was paid in the low six figures for his recent film roles this year, including the highly anticipated Southpaw. Whoa!
However, Fifty seems relatively upbeat despite his current financial struggz.
In a recent interview he explained:
"I need protection. You look like you're doing okay… I gotta be frank with you… You know, you get a bullseye pinned on my back. When you're successful, and you're publicly known, you become the ideal person for people to have lawsuits for."
Hmm, very inneresting. We're curious if all this "reorganizing" will work out for the controversial celeb or if it'll just back fire?
We guess only time will tell.
