After spending much of her youth struggling with body images issues, Demi Lovato is finally at a happy place.
This place of peace and serenity comes from embracing her natural body and she says its easier to do that because of some of her fellow stars!
She's at a place where she's happy with her body and has learned to really love herself, saying:
Hot damn, she gets better looking with every picture!!
Though we've always thought this singer was flawless, Demi Lovato has very publicly dealt with body dysmorphia issues and eating disorders…
So when she posted a heartfelt and crushing message about how happy she was after seeing her bodacious body at the 2014 Video Music Awards — we couldn't be more thrilled for her!
The Made In The USA singer took to Facebook last night, expressing mixed feelings about a collage of transformative award show looks (which you can see HERE) she gathered to show fans.
In the emotional post, Demi revealed:
When in doubt, go straight to the source.
It's been awhile since many have heard from Mischa Barton, which of course leads to a lot of speculation. In a recent bout of rumors, Mischa is said to be doing worse than Marissa Cooper on a Mexican bender — and then some!
The former teen idol is rumored to be in midst of MAJOR financial trouble and seriously self-destructive behavior that has her friends and family are supposedly worried, except her manager INSISTS it's all just nasty nonsense!
There are whispers that Mischa's $100,000 debt and $6.4 million Beverly Hills mansion foreclosure is causing her to turn to drugs.
An insider 'spilled' to sources, saying:
She just gets more wonderful every day!
Demi Lovato has been open about her personal struggle with bipolar disorder, and now she’s working to help others like her!
The 21-year-old announced in a PSA on Friday that she would be joining The Mental Health Listening & Engagement Tour, so that she can help even more people battling mental illnesses.
In the short video, Demi emphasizes that she wants to work to show people that getting help is a sign of strength, and that with the proper treatment, everyone can “live, love, and be well with bipolar disorder.”

The mark that Robin Williams left on Hollywood is one that is wide-spread and filled with laughter.
We still can't believe he's actually gone.
As most turn to remember him for the happy-go-lucky comedian that he was, we're also reminded that he was clearly struggling with many demons.
Russell Brand wrote a particularly important piece in The Guardian that brought up a lot of important points.
He touched on the impact Robin had on himself and on the world, but also reminds everyone about the realities of struggling with something like depression. He wrote:
We are still in absolute shock about Robin Williams' sudden passing.
Today, investigators held a new conference, and here's all the new information that they just released.
Robin was seeking treatment for depression before his death.
He had been last seen alive Sunday at 10pm by his wife who had retired for the evening.
Sometimes help comes too late when people are struggling with depression.
This, clearly, is the case when it comes to Robin Williams.
The legendary comedian had checked into a rehab facility in the recent months to try and get help for his demons, but the timing was too little too late.
