Oh, Michelle Rodriguez, nooooooooo.
As you may recall, back in September, Miz Rodriguez sparked some controversy when it was revealed she would be playing a transgender assassin in the flick The Assignment.
The LGBT community was rightfully upset about this movie as it A) had a cisgender actor playing a role which could've gone to an actual trans woman and B) had Michelle's character undergo a FORCED sex-reassignment surgery, which makes it seem like the procedure is a punishment. Tsk, tsk!
And now that the trailer is here, we can safely say, it looks just as bad as it sounds. Although the The Fate of the Furious star attempted to defend this project, we doubt many people will rush to the box office to snag tickets. Don't believe us?

Chicks before dicks!!
That's the sound of a family breaking apart.
The Fast & The Furious franchise has become all about family over the past seven installments, but that all changes in F8!
And (shocker!) they have to team up with villain Jason Statham to take him out! Everything is upside down!

Well, on screen anyway!
On Monday, the Fast & Furious franchise gifted their faithful fans with a featurette that teased Fast 8 footage and announced the upcoming premiere date for the film's first trailer.
In the clip, the frenemies — along with costars Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, and Tyrese Gibson — explained that their characters are part of one big family, and that's the most important theme from the franchise.
The star-studded cast will be in New York City on Sunday to debut the trailer for Fast 8, which will be live-streamed on the film's Facebook page.

When Miranda Lambert showed up with her beau Anderson East on her arm:
But the actress defended the "crazy B movie" in a new Instagram post, letting fans know that the film has major balls!
On Wednesday, the Fast 8 actress shared a picture of her in mid-movie-transition, in which she discussed the "fake hairy 'mangina'" she had to wear while playing a male assassin who undergoes sexual reassignment surgery against his will!
Even under all those fake male prosthetics, the 38-year-old admitted she "never felt more like a woman than when I played a man." Good to know!
Rodriguez also talked about risk she took by filming the "culture shock pic" at a time when the industry is "running low on edgy creativity," writing in the caption:
