Former Real Housewife, Kim Zolciak, has a new reality show on Bravo these days, and the first episode has already made quite an impression!
It's called Don't Be Tardy, and highlights of the episode include the moment when Kim's ah-mazing twins were born, which you can see the result photo up (above), but also one other particular part, as well!

Shanelle Ragin was born with only one ventricle in her heart, making it extremely difficult for blood to be pumped through her body normally, and despite multiple operations she has had to deal with medical complications throughout her whole life.
So when the Maryland native became pregnant with her first child, doctors immediately feared for not only her baby's life, but hers as well! Dr. Anitha John from Children's National Health System explained:
