Apparently, off-duty officer Benjamin Lee was arrested back in January after he threatened a Jack in the Box drive-thru employee with his weapon for not making his food fast enough, but video of the incident only just made its way online over the weekend.
As seen in the viral vid, Benny was booked for suspicion of DUI and for brandishing a weapon after the restaurant called 911 — however, we're hearing his only real punishment was some paid administrative leave.
While we're glad no one was injured in the standoff, Ben sure is lucky he was just a guilty cop and not, say, an innocent black man…
Ch-ch-check out video of the drunken incident and subsequent arrest (below)!!!
According to reports in TMZ, the police are speaking to Williams now after the incident — which took place hours ago at the Sportsmen's Lodge restaurant in Sherman Oaks — was called in to the LAPD by the restaurant staff.
Nobody yet knows what started the fight, or what specifically happened, but police apparently did see visible injuries on the woman, and she is allegedly adamant about arresting Katt on battery charges.
The trailer (which you can see above) depicts four young people going off into the woods in Burkittsville, Maryland — after one of the four, James (played by James Allen McCune) thinks he sees his sister (who disappeared in the woods in the very first Blair Witch movie back in 1999) in a YouTube video.
The trailer is really well done and it makes the flick look at once spooky, creepy, and jump out of your seat scary! Definitely an upgrade from the original film that's now 17 years old!
You can see the full thing on September 16, when Blair Witch hits theaters.

Even though a parole board recommendation came down to let Manson Family member Leslie Van Houten free after decades in prison, California Governor Jerry Brown has flatly denied the request, citing her unbelievable cruelty so many years ago.
