Well, the dress has been found ... to be a fake!
The thief who took the gown says he took the dress from Lupita's room at The London after finding the door ajar.

The 19-year-old has signed on with NEXT Model Management in hopes of booking fashion and cosmetics campaigns.
Those kohl-rimmed eyes of hers are just BEGGING to star in an eyeliner ad!
Taylor gushed about her new contract, saying:
"I'm excited about my new relationship with Next Models. Next has great vision, and will be a fantastic partner in furthering both my music and fashion."
In case you weren't aware, modeling, fashion, and music go hand in hand like peanuts, butter and jelly!! And with her history, it just makes sense.
We don't doubt that Momsen's modeling could take The Pretty Reckless singer to a whole new level!

Taylor Momsen is more than just a AH-Mazing actress!
Their new album Going to Hell is due out later this year and, each Monday until then, the band will whet fans' appetites with "hellish" updates!
Ch-ch-check out the teaser for Hell Mondays…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Taylor Momsen in pants!? We don't believe it!
The Pretty Reckless singer looked like her usual dark princess self wearing a harlequin Versace blazer, matching PANTS and black heels.
Noticeably absent were her loooooong boob-grazing extensions, but we gotta say, we're liking this shorter length. A lot.
It makes Taylor look a little more…sophisticated.

Taylor Momsen strutted those gams in New York City’s SoHo yesterday during a commercial shoot for Samantha Thavasa handbags.
The former Gossip Girl actress, now turned singer, was spotted in her usual mod getup. But that bright green handbag added the perfect amount of color to Taylor's all black outfit!
After the shoot, Taylor made sure to share her experience on Twitter:
Great shooting with @samantha_pr_st today!!

While we don’t mind the leather OR the over-the-top eye shadow, we just have to ask: what’s up with those BOOTS?!

Upper East siders were not the only people DYING to know Gossip Girl's true identity!
(CLICK HERE and see who it was!)
As we all know, and hate, last night The CW's deliciously dramatic series took it's final bow. It's kinda the most depressing news ever — BUT, there is some good news!
The finale scored the network a total of 1.5 million viewers, and a massive bump in the target demo.
Clearly, the fans tuned in. But the real question is: did they like how it all ended??
Tell us what you thought of the big reveal by answering our poll BELOW!
Did the Gossip Girl finale live up to your Upper East side expectations?

First of all!
Playing the music of the star's husband's ex-wife in the series finale?? …maturity is a beautiful thing!
GG's swan song opened with Lulu Gainsbourg and ScarJo's sultry cover of Bonnie & Clyde as Chuck and Blair were escaping from the scene of his father's death. This was also the moment when Serena learned the truth behind GG and hopped off the plane to rush to Dan.
But that wouldn't be the only musical highlight of the night!
Not even close!
As the CHAIR wedding was in preparation, It's Time by the delightful Imagine Dragons swept our silver screens in a tour de force! Seriously… we haven't felt that pumped for a TV wedding in a loooong time!
Their nuptials continued and Chuck and Blair exchanged their vows to The Talking Heads' Road To Nowhere, which provided an atmosphere of certainty, of satis… faction.
But theirs wasn't the only legally binding ceremony to be had! In a beautiful homage to its romanticized New York predecessor, GG fused Florence + The Machine's cover of You've Got The Love with DERENA's wedding.
Every true Sex and the City fan squealed in jubilee at that moment. Including us. Ha!
Now, what's a lil' GG fairytale without some dramatic twist??
As Kristen Bell's voice wrapped the series up once and for all, Kill Me by The Pretty Reckless played to usher in a new era of anonymity. And we gotta say… using Little J's song for the finish was just SO touching!
Check out You've Got The Love above, and then treat yo'self to the library of highlights (as well as a sweet, sweet surprise) …AFTER THE JUMP!!!
MORNING, UPPER EAST SIDERS…
Sigh. To think… we'll never hear those words freshly said again! The sorrow! The horror! The devastation!
Last night, we fell deeply in love with the best fifteen minutes of television history.*
As the show that New York Magazine once called the "BEST. SHOW. EVER." came to a close, the identity of the mistress behind the New York elite's biggest secrets was finally revealed.
And oooo was it satisfying!!
Hoping for something with less plot holes, we shed our light away from the thoughts swirling around on who the REAL mystery writer turned out to be.
But alas… a main character it turned out to be indeed!
