James Corden is no stranger to the Tony's stage, having won the award for Best Leading Actor in a Play back in 2012. But now he's about to have an even bigger moment in the spotlight.

That's because it was announced on Tuesday that The Late Late Show star will be hosting the Tony Awards this year!

Cate Blanchett Is Finally Coming To Broadway! Get The Deets On Her Debut Role!

With two Oscars under her belt, along with the possibility of a third for her performance in Carol, Cate Blanchett pretty much has the whole acting for the screen thing down pat.

But now the Jungle Book: Origins actress will be making her Broadway debut in her husband's play The Present!

The Aussie beauty will be starring in hubby Andrew Upton's adaptation of Anton Chekhov's first play Platonov — which played a sold out engagement last summer at The Sydney Theatre Company!

Blanchett and Richard Roxburgh, who costarred in the Sydney production, will return for a Broadway run in early winter of 2016!

The Present follows widow Anna Petrovna (Blanchett) who is faced with two decades of messy relationships and regrets when her friends arrive to celebrate her birthday.

This play will be the first Broadway role for the 46-year-old — though she's no stranger to the stage!

Blanchett also starred in The Maids, Hedda Gabler, A Streetcar Named Desire, and Upton's adaptation of Uncle Vanya!

No additional production information has been announced just, but it definitely sounds like a Tony Award could be in Cate's near future as well!

The Freaky Friday Musical Sets Its World Premiere Date — Looks Like Disney Has Done It Again!

On Wednesday, it was reported that Disney is partnering up with Washington D.C.'s Signature Theatre for a musical version of Freaky Friday. This everything we didn't know we needed!

In case you forgot the plot, F.F. tells the story of a mother and teenage daughter who switch bodies. Classic!
