Uh-oh, family drama is NEVER good!
According to legal docs, Shia LaBeouf and his mother are suing his aunt Sharon Saide and uncle Barry Saide for their lavish apartment in New York City. Shia and his momma want possession of the $2.8 million dollar digs as repayment for an outstanding loan.
Here's the deal: back in 2009, LaBeouf lent Barry $840k to cover business expenses. In 2013, S.L. sued his uncle for not paying it back and requested that a judge add interest to the loan bringing the debt to a total of $1 million dollars.
On Barry's side, he contends he lent Shia and his mother plenty of money over the years before the actor became famous. The businessman also argues the loan agreement can be voided if he gives LaBeouf 25% of his company.
Now the Even Stevens star is turning up the ante — he's requesting a judge have Sharon and Barry give up possession of their apartment to make good on the loan. Problem is, Mrs. Saide she bought the home with inheritance money and Barry had nothing to do with it! Not to mention Mr. Saide's signature is nowhere on the deed!
So, whose side are YOU on?

Julianne Hough Talks Relationships In Redbook & How She Wants Her Fiancé Brooks Laich To 'Be My Leading Man'
Julianne Hough AND a puppy? This is too much.
The cuteness is off the charts on the March issue of Redbook magazine thanks to its cover stars. It's like the editors are manipulating us!
Well, it's working.
The Grease: Live! star and her canine companion are like a ray of sunshine, especially with Julianne wearing such a radiant smile and bright pink dress.
The dancer and actress also talks life with her fiancé Brooks Laich, and how she's okay with him being the "man" in the relationship:
"Because of the nature of my career, it's very easy for me to call the shots and 'be the man.' So it's very nice to feel like a strong woman and still have my man be my leading man."
The 27-year-old looks back on life in her early twenties and addresses how much she's changed:
Cooper Hefner Thinks Playboy Should Still Feature Nudity! Says His Relationship With The Mag Is Now 'Non-Existent'!
Cooper Hefner is speaking out in a BIG way!
In a recent interview AND personal essay, Hugh Hefner's son explained why he's very against Playboy's decision to re-brand themselves as a non-nude magazine. Let's just say Coop is NOT happy with the transition and he eloquently laid out his myriad of reasons why!
Speaking on his disagreement with current Playboy CEO Scott Flanders, the 24-year-old explained:
"I've taken a massive step back with Playboy. Just due to that fact that I do not agree with the decisions and direction the company is actually going in. I was essentially asked to no longer participate in the board meetings because I didn't agree with his vision for the company. You either sort of take a step back and say, ‘Ok, I'm going to let this happen' or you try and do something about it."
Well, it sounds like things are quite tense at the mansion right about now! Maybe it was the best decision for Mr. Hefner to take a step back.
On his new media venture HOP, the young businessman elaborated on the situation, saying:
"My unwillingness to get on board with decisions like taking the company non-nude, selling the Mansion, and a laundry list of other brand initiatives, has rendered my relationship with Playboy's current CEO non-existent. Although there is nothing that I would want more than to work with a talented team and re-introduce the brand to my generation, I've made a commitment to myself to not work with leadership that puts their self-interest over the best interest of the brand. If I had the ability to prevent what current management is doing, I would have done so, but sleepless nights and a lot of thinking has brought me to the conclusion that the best option is to step back for the time being and allow things to unfold. I continue to have confidence that one day, as Disney and Apple did, Playboy will have its moment to appropriately reinvent itself. And when that comes, and current leadership has been moved out, I will happily walk back in to our offices and execute these blueprints for a better brand future."
Wow! Will mini-Hef be the next Steve Jobs?!
Speaking of that blue print, check out C.H.'s actual plans for Playboy's rebranding HERE.
It sounds like Cooper has some great plans! Especially the part about engaging with the LGBT community…
So, do YOU agree with Hefner's vision?

Stepping out in TWO different looks, she was showing off her sophisticated style.
First up for Cait was a gorge black coat covering a simple black jacket, skinny jeans, and sexy black boots.
It just screams model-off-duty!
And later that day, she swapped the look out for a cute black dress with a white blazer on top. Very business chic!
We can only imagine what she's going to rock to 'Ye's show on Thursday!
Gotta love those office politics.
