In addition, the placenta — which is supposed to naturally be released after the delivery — was still attached to the uterus (placenta accreta). Because the doctor had to scrape the placenta by hand from the uterine wall, this was a contributing factor to Kim's pregnancy struggles.
"With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery. In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen. So as time goes on, I am stressing out less and trying to go with the flow."

Billboard released its charts for the week of Nov. 23 early Monday morning, and, unsurprisingly, Adele topped nearly every list… including No. 1 on Radio Songs.
While this may not sound terribly ground-breaking, what gives this title extra merit is that it's actually been 22 years since a single was able to dominate radio play in just four weeks of its release.
